Our popular Roko grater is now also available as an insert for our new Vital vegetable slicer.
With the Roko insert, you can cut fruit and vegetables into fine, thin julienne strips. Harder root vegetables such as carrots, celery, parsnips or kohlrabi are no problem for the insert. This is how you prepare delicious and healthy raw vegetable salads or vegetable spaghetti quickly and easily.
Thanks to the double-sided blades of the julienne insert, you can cut both the downward movement and the return of the vegetables.
