Returning products offered by borner.bg can be done in several steps:
Complete this return form and ensure that the product you wish to return meets the return conditions mentioned below.
Once your return request is approved, we will send a courier to you to pick up the product.
The transport fee is for the customer’s account.
When filling out the return form, choose one of the options for refunding the amount paid.
In case of pre-payment online, the refund will be made to the same payment method/bank card you used for the original transaction.
In the case of cash payments, the amount will be refunded to the bank account specified by you.
What conditions must the product meet?

The products offered by borner.bg can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, regardless of whether you are an individual or a legal entity. For the form to be valid, it must be completed within 14 days of the product delivery date.
All returned products must be in the same condition as when delivered. Products that have been repaired by an unauthorized person or that are damaged, those with damaged or incomplete packaging, with traces of use, with scratches, with traces of impacts will not be accepted. Products that are not accompanied by all the accessories with which they were delivered to you will also not be accepted.
You must return the products in the original packaging, accompanied by the intact labels and all the documents with which the product was delivered.
