Delicious salad with chicken
Shredded chicken – about a cup and a half
Chopped cabbage – you can use regular cabbage, lettuce or iceberg lettuce – half a small cabbage
Carrots on sticks – 2 pcs
Red, yellow or red pepper – 2 pcs
Coriander and green onion – 1 link
You can also add some chopped peanuts or cashews or croutons
Ginger Sesame Dressing (see recipe below!)
For the Ginger Sesame Dressing:
3 tablespoons of rice vinegar
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of honey
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled and minced
2 tsp toasted sesame oil
3 tablespoons of olive oil
