You have the right to cancel this contract without giving a specific reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the arrival of the purchase at the specified address of the buyer, or at a third party specified by the buyer, which is not the carrier. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us in writing and return the goods to the following address:

To meet the opt-out deadline, it is sufficient to send your correspondence to exercise this right before the deadline.

Effects of cancellation/cancellation

When you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you for the products within 14 days at the latest, starting on the day we receive the products back. The same payment method selected in the original transaction will be used for the refund unless specifically agreed with you. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or confirmation that they are on their way, whichever comes first.

You must return the goods immediately and in any event within 14 days of notifying us of withdrawal from this contract. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.

If you have registered an order and changed your mind in the meantime, you can cancel it directly from your customer account, the “My Orders” section. It is important to know that you can cancel the order until the invoice and bill of lading are created. After that moment, you can cancel it when the courier contacts you for delivery. The value of the products will be refunded after a few days to the bank account/card from which you made the payment, if it was paid online.
